Grayson Haynes
Grayson is an apprentice in land brokerage and management, gaining firsthand experience in the complexities of buying, selling, and stewarding properties. From evaluating land potential to shadowing deal negotiations, he is actively building a solid foundation in the industry.
A proud graduate of Davie County High School, Grayson concentrated in Agriculture Science and was an active member of FFA, where he earned several awards, including the Old North State Degree. Grayson currently resides on a family farm in Yadkin County and is pursuing a degree in fisheries and wildlife conservation biology with a minor in forestry management at NC State University.
Grayson’s agricultural background brings a unique and practical perspective to the land services business. Having grown up around farming, he understands the true value of productive land. This experience allows him to speak knowledgeably with clients and apply effective management techniques tailored to both the land and its intended use.
Years spent outdoors have also given Grayson a deep appreciation for land that extends beyond its surface value. Whether evaluating soil types, identifying native vegetation, or recognizing quality wildlife habitat, his field experience has sharpened a skill set essential for both land brokerage and management.
